Mild Steel - All grades (CR4, 43A, 50B etc) up to 25mm thick
Brass - Up to 3mm
Stainless Steel - All grades and all finishes up to 15mm thick
Aluminium - All grades up to 10mm thick
Copper and Titanium

Components as large as 3000mm x 1500mm can be handled.

Waterjet Cutting

Up to 100mm thickness in a metal that has been supplied by us.

Waterjet cutting has advantages over laser cutting as it can cut material without interfering with material's inherent structure as there is not heat involved. This allows metals to be cut without harming or changing their intrinsic properties.

Waterjet cutters are, therefore, capable of cutting more intricate patterns in thicker material witha width of cut as low as 0.07mm.
